Busy Busy

What a full week last week was! There were times when I didn't think it was going to end :)
We had Baden's fiance stay with us over the weekend before last through the beginning of last week, Taylor an Mitch came to town on tuesday, then Judy and LaVar rolled in on Friday. We had quite the full house...
We had.. or at least I had... alot of fun with Tay and Mitch. We went to wing night, to sliding rock (on the Rappahannock river), sweltered in the 100+ heat, and lots of other fun things. It's so fun to have some familiar faces in an unfamiliar town. We didn't make it to DC on this trip, but they both have plans to come back within the next couple of weeks, so hopefully we can make it then. We had a little cook out with friends (well Micah did, I had to work and didn't get there till late) at our house on Friday. It was nice to see people we haent seen in a while, the group consisted of: Jenny Neilson and her sister Natalie, Jordan and Heidi Armstrong and their kids, Jared and Mary and Matt Rich, Baden, Judy and LaVar, Mitch, and us. Taylor was at a combined priest/laurel activity making new friends. My favorite thing was breaking out the Bocce Ball set that Tyler and Charlotte gave us as a wedding present. We've actually been trying to play it for a while... we just haven't really had a big enough, flat yard to play in before. We had so much fun, that we had people over again on saturday to do the same thing! Although Jenny, Natalie, and Baden weren't able to make.

This is Kayden, Jordan and Heidi's youngest (He is very cute)

Anyway those of you who haven't played Bocce Ball, I defiantly recommend it...
We really enjoyed having Judy and LaVar stay with us, we are very excited to having them live so close! And a good excuse to go to the beach :).

It's been a good week
