Luke Brown

As many of you have heard in the early hours sunday morning, Luke Brown passed away. This is the story as covered by the Free Lance Star.
'Non-combat deaths hit home locally'
Judy and LaVar drove up from Norfolk thursday evening (with enough time to catch SYTYCD). We all attended the funeral services on Friday morning, I never had the chance to actually meet Luke, but I have felt the love that so many shared with him... It was a very touching service, I do think there was a dry eye in the room. The past couple months we have become pretty close to Adam and his family, they are a very wonderful and colorful bunch... we like em :).
A funny connection, I grew up with Adam's uncle Lorenzo in Black Diamond, Wa. Kinda a small world after all. Lorenzo, Sheila, and Tia traveled to Virginia for the funeral, it was fun to catch up with them (the last time I saw any of them was at my wedding and that was only Sheila).
