Over the weekend we had another heatwave, it was 99 degrees yesterday. Now let me try to explain to my Washingtonian friends out there... Here in Virginia we have this great thing we locals call humidity. Humidity helps keep your skin warm and supple, it provides you with the option of being soaking wet without even getting in a body of water! If you think your air conditioning might be on the fritz? With humidity you will wonder no more, no matter how many times you look at the thermostat inside the house it really does say 95 degrees. With humidity you will experience natural phenomenon known as back sweat everywhere you go, followed closely by knee sweat, butt sweat, and every-else-imaginable-sweat.
Needless to say baby it's hot outside.
